Clear Pricing Policy

Unlike our competitors we do not hide costs and operate an open and clear pricing policy. We are honest and extremely competitive and we do not add unexpected costs at any time to your bill. What you see and hear is what you get.

No fix no fee

If we cannot resolve your issue because we do not have the tools or skills to do so we will not charge you for the visit. If the work can not be completed because we need to return with parts and you do not wish us to do so or because we are denied access to the call out location because you do not wish us to proceed or are not on site you will be charged our call out fee.

Payment Terms

Strictly cash or cheque on completion for non account holders.

Any work that involves the supply of parts in excess of £100 we will require cleared funds for the full amount of the parts within the order prior to shipping. Be aware bank transfer can take 1-5 days and for cheque's allow 7 days clearance.

We accept Cheque or Cash on completion and for some services bank transfers and all major debit cards via PayPal.

Credit card payments and bank transfers must be cleared on completion of the work unless 30 day credit terms have been approved. Credit card payments are handled online via PayPal, you must ensure you have access to the Internet on completion of our work.
